Club World Cup news.

It happened in the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in front of a rather sizeable crowd of over 20,000. Al-Wahda Sports Club ran off with the victory quite handily, buoyed by the Brazillians on their roster. Two first half goals from Hugo in the 40th minute and Fernando Baiano's 44th minute strike ended the first half nicely while Abdulraheem Jumaa stroked in a third in the 71st minute put the game well beyond Hekari United's grasp. Oceania's Champions lost 3-0,  an underwhelming performance to say the least. Hekari United FC actually had more shots than Al-Wahda and even had more possession as the game ended which may be a little surprising. Nonetheless, Al-Wahda's victory puts the U.A.E. team into the Quarter-finals match against Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma F.C. TP Mazembe Englebert play Pachuca on the 10th in the other Quarter-finals match.
