U-19 Championships in Romania,

Well in the 2 group stages of the tournament, things have gotten off to quite a start. First of all, in Group A, the Czech Republic defeated Romania 3-1 in their opening match of the tournament. With that result, the Czech Republic have put themselves into the poll position of the Group. 2nd place is held by the Republic of Ireland who defeated Greece 2-1 in their first match. So, 3rd place is held by the Greeks while the hosts Romania are in 4th. Meanwhile, in Group B, Spain have started terrifically, hammering Belgium 4-1 and putting themselves into 1st place. Serbia v.s. Turkey finished 2-0 for the Serbs which is why they are in 2nd place while Turkey occupy 3rd and Belgium are in 4th. The next matches will be on the 23rd of July where the Group A winners thus far (the Czech Republic and the Republic of Ireland) face off while the current losers (Romania and Greece) will also be playing. In Group B, Turkey play Belgium while the chance to remain undefeated between Serbia and Spain also takes place. Best of luck to all of the teams and here is hoping for a great tournament!
