Real Madrid v.s. Malaga domestic match.

Determined to chase down Barcelona, Real Madrid were unstoppable as they welcomed the hapless Malaga to Madrid and proceeded to destroy them. Three first half strikes by Karim Benzema, Angel di Maria, and Marcelo respectively gave Madrid a commanding lead before the second half even started. Then, in the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo struck three times and Benzema scored his second to make it a 7-0 game as the final whistle blew. It was actually a surprisingly clean game for the most part; that is, until Manolo was sent-off in the 67th minute with a straight red card. The sending off was quickly followed by two goals from Ronaldo in the 68th and 77th minutes as Malaga were left a man down. Ronaldo then walked off following his hat-trick and it was revealed only later: The only negative for Real? The injury of their biggest star! Ronaldo suffered a leg injury which appeared to afflict his hamstring specifically which will cause him to at least miss Real's next match, against Racing Santander. He said it wasn't from anything but his shot and just wanted to rest up and not take any chances.
