Gold Cup update again.

It's sure to be a huge tie for the Final. It has been quite a road but the hard fighting reinvigorated U.S. men will meet the fierce competition in their ever-rivals Mexico. How did this Final take place? Well the United states edged Panama 1-0 in their semi-final match thanks to a beautiful piece of workmanship by both Landon Donovan and Clint Dempsey. Donovan's cross was perfectly placed to Dempsey, who gladly rolled it across the goal line. The Panamanians had a ton of spirit though, holding defensively until the very neat U.S. goal. They didn't allow another goal, but they couldn't score one of their own so they must bow out. Meanwhile, Mexico were held 0-0 with Honduras through regulation time. However, things changed drastically in extra time as Aldo De Nigris and Javier Hernandez struck once each to put Mexico 2-0 up when the referee ended the game.
